Dale Davis is an accomplished operations leader with more than 20 years of experience overseeing large-scale landscape maintenance, parks enhancement projects, and government-contracted public works throughout Central and North Florida. As a General Manager in the private sector, he directed daily business operations and coordinated complex maintenance and installation projects for agencies, including the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), the Central Florida Expressway Authority, and local municipalities in Orange, Seminole, Volusia, Lake, Brevard, Polk, and Hillsborough Counties, among others.

Dale's expertise spans the full lifecycle of outdoor asset management — from evaluating park facilities and restoring public spaces to conducting quality-control inspections across multiple toll plaza sites. He is known for his ability to lead diverse teams, establish clear performance standards, and ensure that every project meets the highest levels of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. His work includes participating in FDOT's Maintenance Rating Program (MRP), managing vendor relationships, analyzing financial performance, and producing comprehensive monthly operational reports.
